IT’S OFFICIAL! We are taking a bus trip to Madeira Beach again to ride the Calypso Breeze! We had great feedback from those who made the trip two years ago. To my knowledge, it was the largest bus trip in MOS history! We have to get a minimum of 75 people to charter the ship. That means, just MOS, no one else!

We have signed a contract for Tillman Fiber Optics company to install fiber optic lines throughout our community. Once the project is completed, this will give everyone an alternate option for high speed internet. Tillman has an exclusive contract initially with T-Mobile to provide this service. This is an optional alternative for every member, no obligation is required for any of us.
More details will follow once they become available to us. Tillman will be accessing the utility easement on everyone's property. The installation should have minimal impact to the existing landscape. Unlike the existing Spectrum cable stations, the fiberoptic lines will be accessible under ground, similar to the public water access plates.
