NAME TAG REWARD PROGRAM

Introducing the New NAME TAG REWARD PROGRAM and COFFEE AND DONUTS  ( Java and Friends )

The social club will be sponsoring both

NAME TAGS …….

The objective of this is for our community to get to know one another better and it would be a nice for the newer folks to remember names and meet their neighbors. 

How it works…. You wear your name tag to any event ( the more events you attend the more chances you have to win ) you will receive a ticket for a drawing of a gift card ( TBD what kind )

Name tag cost ( $5.00) covers the cost of tags and printing.  Order forms will be available at gazebo 5 on side table, or you can email rshinkle50@gmail.com

You must furnish the name and spelling you wish on your tag via email or order form. Payment in advance is required before printing. But you can email your request now so I know how many tags to buy. And be prepared as I know some folks won’t be back till later than Oct.  Payment due mid Sept. Please turn payment  in to JJ, Cathy, Liz, Rose, or Cheryl.
 

Name Tags will be available for pick up Oct. 7th at bldg.. 5.From 8am – 9am. ( the first Java and Friends ) Or you can pick up at 5111 Shore Line Dr.  

Rules… 

When you wear your name tag to any event at MOS, ( Bingo, meetings, exercise etc.) You will receive a ticket ( it is your responsibility to get your ticket , there will be a general announcement at each event about tickets but we will not have the time to ask each individual about tickets. ) 

We will start handing tickets out the month of Oct.

Starting Nov.  there will be a drawing for the month of Oct. tickets and every month after ending the end of April. Last drawing in May at Java and Friends there will be a drawing for the previous months events/tickets. The winning ticket each month will receive a gift card.

Note: If you have a name tag from another organization that you want to use that is fine. You do not have to buy a new one.

COFFEE AND DONUTS ( JAVA AND FRIENDS )  

Starting Oct. 14th, from 8 am to 9am there will be free coffee and donuts in Bldg. #5. After October, we will have this the first Monday of every month, continuing until May 5th.
