Mount Olive Shores offers a truly unique style of living. Mt. Olive Shores is a Home Owners Association, which is governed by a Board composed of it's residents. We employ a professional Management Company who aids us in controlling our affairs in a businesslike manner. We provide lawn care and refuse collection and other services to our residents by contracting with expert providers in the area. The association provides maintenance for our roads, gates, fences and other community facilities. We pride ourselves in providing these amenities to our lot owners while maintaining very reasonable association fees.
As a member you have the flexibility of using your lot as a seasonal hide-a-way for your motorhome, or a home site for your manufactured home, or both. All lots provide excellent value with driveway, pad, and full hook-up. Mount Olive Shores offers everything you need to enjoy your unique lifestyle.
