The Weir Repairs have been completed. The final cost of the repairs was $225,930.00. The final cost was $16,000 over bid due to incorrect estimation of pipe length. The amount of rip rap required was also underestimated, but the contractor absorbed this cost. For the weir repair summary click the link below.

How to Participate in MOS Meetings Remotely Via Zoom

To participate in our Zoom meetings, you need to be an "authenticated user", which means you have to sign up for a Zoom account.  It is free, and a legit company.

There is an icon in the right top to sign up for free. 

Once you sign in you will be able to use the link below to access our meetings. We do not change "Room ID" so the same link will work for every meeting that we broadcast.

When you use the link, you will be prompted to open the Zoom app.  The first time, since you probably don't have the Zoom app installed, it will prompt you to install the app. You will use the same username and password you used to set up the Zoom account. 

Once you have installed the app, it will launch and direct you to the meeting. You can try to get it working before we actually have a meeting. The Zoom link above will bring you into our meeting room even when we're not having a meeting. So you you can test to make sure it's working.

How To Open The Gate Using The Keypad:

A Brief Tutorial

To open the gate from the keypad:

Press '"#" followed by the last four digits of your phone number.

Which phone number?  The phone number listed under "Phone 1" in your

Directory, even if it is a cell phone or not local. If you do not have a "Phone 1"

listed in the directory, contact Leo Ouellette and let him know what 4 digit code you

would like to use. If you eventually get a phone, your access code will revert to

the last four digits of your phone number.

To call someone from the keypad:

1. Use the A key and Z key to scroll through the resident names.

2. When the name you want comes up. press CALL.

When the person you call answers, they will have ONE MINUTE to talk and

open the gate for you. The person you call can open the gate by pressing 9 on their

phone.

To Grant Access When Someone Calls from the Keypad:

Press 9 before the one minute time limit is up. You will hear a tone indicating the gate has been opened. You can then hang up.

Sizes: keychain and visor. They are not free, but will be sold to you at cost.
