NOTICE

We will be having a special vote on the budget on February 7 2022.  Voting will be from 10AM to 12:30PM at the Library Gazebo in phase 1.  You should have already received a notice and proxy in the February Guardian. 

It is very important that we receive a quorum for this vote (102+ votes).  Please vote by proxy or in person.  Those who vote in person will receive a ticket for a hamburger or hot dog lunch, being served from 11AM to 12:30 at the Community Center, Gazebo #5 that same day.

I have attached a pdf file containing the following;

1) Official Meeting Notice
2) A letter from Bill
3) A copy of the two proposed budgets we are voting on.  The only difference in the budget item amounts is the reserve contribution
4) A copy of the reserve study in which the reserve contribution is based on.

The official special budget meeting will be held at 1PM in the Community Center, Gazebo#5, where we will have the results of the vote.

The Board budget meeting will be held immediately following the adjournment of the Special budget meeting.

The February Board workshop will be held immediately following the adjournment of the Board budget meeting.
