NOTE; All owners in Mount Olive Shores Lot Owners Association have been issued a hard copy of the Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Restrictions and amendments to these Restrictions, and the Bylaws with amendments It is the lot owner's responsibility to retain and update these documents. When a lot is sold, the Seller is required to supply the new owner with the hard copy of the current Articles, Restrictions and Bylaws at settlement. In the event that the bylaws are not supplied or current, fees will be applied as needed: To verify the currency of the book the cost is $35 plus $.50 a page for copying. The price of a new book is $75.
